Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the process aspects, product aspects, and results of the implementation after evaluating the bilingual program in mathematics at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The research was conducted using the Mix Methods approach, beginning with the use of qualitative methods followed by quantitative. The CIPP evaluation model is used in this study with a focus on two components, namely the process component and the product component. This evaluation research uses qualitative research data obtained through interview notes, observations, and document studies. Sources of data were obtained from teachers and students of bilingual class programs. The results of his research are that the implementation of the learning process for bilingual programs is included in the "Good" category. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the bilingual program assessment using document review are in the sufficient category with a percentage of 65%. After evaluating, applying the results of the evaluation by reflecting or making a summary by involving students and carrying out enrichment, it was found that the application of the evaluation results was effective using the t test with a gain value of 0.32 in the "Medium" category in the bilingual program in mathematics. The conclusion from this research is that overall the learning process of the bilingual program at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta has achieved implementation with a percentage of 70.45% included in the "Good" category. In the preliminary activities and core activities have been carried out properly.
