About This Journal
Pythagoras seeks to present research that promotes new knowledge, ideas, methodologies and epistemologies in the field of mathematics and mathematics education. Focus on mathematics for all areas including: analysis, algebra, geometry, statistics and applied mathematics. Meanwhile, on mathematics education areas including: teaching and learning, instruction and curriculum, teacher education, education technology, school effectiveness, learner characteristics and inclusive education.
We accept papers from an empirical research study conducted by the author(s), guided by research question(s) or a hypothesis or hypotheses, using specific methods, which reports on the results of the study, explains the significance of the study for practice, with limitations noted. Pythagoras does not accept literature review and other non empirical studies.
